We source sonically excellent amplifier stages from manufacturer Burr Brown. High-quality, impulse-resistant film capacitors with tight tolerances are used for the passive RIAA filter network. This ensures impulses, dynamics, and tonal colors reach the listener unadulterated. MKP types are used for bass decoupling between the linear amplifier stages. All electrolytic capacitors are low-ESR versions, and all resistors are low-noise metal film types. Only switches with gold-plated contacts are used for gain and impedance switching.
A comfortable all-rounder
Naturally, the Black Cube Statement can drive all common systems on the market from high-output MM to MC. Practical MC impedances can be selected directly. Additionally, there's a socket per channel for solderless installation of selectable impedance. If desired, we'll gladly include resistors to adapt your system to this phono stage with your order – free of charge, of course.
Due to its small dimensions, you can place the Black Cube Statement very close to your turntable, minimizing potential losses from cable lengths. Lehmannaudio pays attention to details not only in component selection but throughout the entire manufacturing process: The audio section housing is made of non-magnetic material (aluminum) and mechanically damped in the lid.
