The Elysia nvelope is a high‑end Class‑A stereo transient shaper that lets you reshape the envelope and dynamics of any sound, from subtle transient enhancement to dramatic impact‑based transformations. With its discrete analog design and German‑made build, the nvelope excels on drums, percussion, bass, vocals and the mix or master bus, where transient‑focused control is essential.

At the heart of the nvelope are two independent parameters: Attack and Sustain, which can be used to boost or cut the transient and after‑sound independently. In Full Range mode, the processor acts on the entire frequency spectrum, delivering powerful transient‑based shaping suitable for drums, loops and full‑mix transient control. Dual Band mode lets you shape attack and sustain frequency‑selectively, with a separate frequency for attack and another for sustain, giving you surgical control over which parts of the spectrum get punched or smoothed.

Additional modes expand the nvelope’s versatility:

  • EQ mode turns it into a smooth two‑band shelving EQ with high and low shelves, ideal for tonal polishing.

  • Mixed mode combines the classic transient‑shaping topology with EQ‑like character for creative shaping.
The unit offers dual monostereo and stereo‑linked operation, plus Auto Gain to compensate for level changes, ensuring that perceived loudness stays consistent while you sculpt the dynamics. High headroom, very low noise, and rastered potentiometers guarantee precise recall and stable performance in professional mixing and mastering environments.

For engineers and producers seeking a mastering‑grade analog transient shaper with separate attack/sustain control, Full Range and Dual Band modes, plus EQ and mixed‑mode flexibility, the Elysia nvelope is a powerful and transparent tool for envelope‑based dynamics and transient shaping.
