Unlike many mass‑produced racks that rely on internal PCBs, the 6 Space Rack uses individually shielded wires for each connector. This hand‑wired approach not only simplifies servicing and upgrades, but also minimizes crosstalk and interference between slots. The solid steel chassis is significantly more rigid and less resonant than aluminium alternatives, helping to keep the signal pure and free from microphonic coloration. XLR inputs and outputs on every slot ensure reliable, low‑noise connections to your console, interface or patchbay.
 
Power is supplied via an external PSU delivering ±16 V DC and 48 V phantom power, keeping the transformer away from the audio circuitry.
