The BAE 1073MPF Dual Channel with Filter, No Power Supply is the dual‑channel high‑pass filter version of the BAE 1073MP, aimed at engineers who already own a compatible BAE power supply and want to add two more 1073‑style channels. Each side of the 19" 1U chassis is a Class A mic preamp based on the legendary 1073 input stage, with the same harmonically rich low end, slight resonant highs and focused mids that define the classic British console sound – now enhanced by an inductor‑based high‑pass filter on each channel.
 
Inside, both channels share the same all‑Class A, transformer‑coupled topology as the full BAE 1073 and 1084 units, including Carnhill transformer‑coupled mic inputs and discrete amplifier cards.
