Wide Compatibility, Maximum Flexibility
With a maximum gain of 66 dB, the Black Cube SE supports virtually all common cartridge systems, from high-output MM to MC. Each channel features a slot for solder-free loading of custom impedances, plus an additional hard-wired input for direct configuration. If you require specific resistors for optimal cartridge matching, we include them free of charge with your order.

Precision RIAA Equalization for True Fidelity
The highly accurate, passive RIAA filter network sits between two linear gain stages and is built using premium, tight-tolerance polypropylene film capacitors. This ensures faithful reproduction of dynamics, transients, and tonal color. Additional circuitry effectively suppresses hum, RF interference, and noise. A dual-layer audio PCB offers extensive ground planes for optimal shielding and interference-free operation.

The PWX Power Supply – Compact and Powerful
The external PWX power supply is as compact as the audio unit, allowing close placement to your turntable. This minimizes signal loss from cable length and eliminates any potential sonic degradation. Gold-plated Neutrik XLR connectors ensure secure signal transfer between the audio section and the power supply, connected via a shielded cable. Both enclosures are crafted from non-magnetic aluminum and feature mechanically dampened lids to further reduce microphonic interference.
