Hand-assembled and equipped with three premium vacuum tubes per channel and custom-wound large-core CineMag USA transformers, the WA-MPX and its dual-channel counterpart, the WA-2MPX, authentically reproduce the complete analog sound of the original.

With a high tube voltage of 300V and up to 90 dB of tube gain per channel, the WA-MPX provides plenty of headroom and an open, full-bodied tonal foundation. When pushed into saturation, the tubes naturally produce harmonic distortion and compression. The built-in “Tape Sat” (tape saturation) circuit adds an extra layer of pure analog warmth and harmonic color.
