A highly effective inner design
 
The internal construction is based on two cascaded 3S fabric discs with additional layers. Altogether, the Floatweight 400’s inner structure consists of seven layers made of different materials.

Whereas a conventional record weight works solely through its mass, the Floatweight 400 features a highly efficient internal mechanism that systematically and effectively eliminates artifacts.
Additionally, the easily removable centering sleeve prevents any contact between the Floatweight 400 and the spindle. This effectively eliminates the possibility of vibration transfer between the record weight and spindle. The centering sleeve has an inner diameter of 7.2 mm on one side and 7.3 mm on the other, ensuring optimized centering for all common spindle diameters.
